Gaurav Taneja arrested by Noida Police under section 144

It was a birthday for Gaurav Taneja on 9 July, and he had to celebrate that in policy custody. The whole incident was expected to be something pleasant but turned out to be sour for Gaurav Taneja and his fans.

Gaurav Taneja arrested under CrPc law
According to the reports Gaurav was taken into custody by the policy and was imposed section 144 of the CrPc for violating laws. He was kept in the custody for 2 hours before he was arrested. He was arrested under two sections; 241 for for wrongful restraint and section 199 for disobedience to an order lawfully promulgated by a public servant of the IPC.
Followers gathered at Metro station for Gaurav’s Birthday
It was reported that the followers gathered at Noida 51 Metro station to celebrate the birthday of Gaurav Taneja. It is believed that his wife, Ritu Rathee had planned a surprise birthday celebration for him. She had booked a full metro coach to celebrate the birthday of his husband.
Ritu Rathee later released a video and apologised to the police and has asked for favour from the fams.
