Who is Father Monodeep Daniel?
Father Monodeep Daniel is a renowned teacher who teaches English in Delhi’s St. Stephan College. Once he is free from the college, he would go to the Deenbandhu school which is near to Sahibabad, Delhi.
Deenbandhu school has lots of underprivileged students who belong to labour class. Father Daniel taught English to these students.
Father Daniel says that he sees god in kids. His main focus is that the students get a good grasp on English grammar.
Father Monodeep is also a Dalit theologian and author of various books. He loves teaching and writing but when he is not lecturing, writing or studying he can be seen at the Brotherhouse House.
Who established Deenabandhu school, Sahibabad?
Deenbandhu school was established by Delhi Brotherhood society in the name of CF Andrews. He was the close friend of Mahatama Gandhi Ji and was also the member of of this society.
CF Andrews would also teach English in the St. Stephan College. He met Gandhiji first time in 1916 in South Africa and from there both of them became close friends.
Andrews taught in St. Stephan college from 1904-1914.
