Jim Carter was born on 1 October, 1924. Jim Carter is an American former politician remained on this position to serve the nation from 1977 to 1981.

He was born at the Wise Sanitarium hospital in Plains, Georgia. His mother would also work in the same hospital as a registered nurse. His mother name was Bessie Lillian, and father’s name was James Earl Carter Sr.

He belongs to the Democratic Party, and served as the 76th governor of Georgia also previously from time period 1971 to 1975, a Georgia state senator from 1963 to 1967.

Even after leaving his powers and the office, Carter has not stopped being participating in political and social projects. Jim Carter even received Novel Peace Prize in 2022 for his humanitarian work and various peaceful activities he had promoted round the world in resolving international conflicts also sometimes.
