Who is Bhuban Badyakar- The Life of Man behind the viral Kacha Badam?
Before knowing about the song lets know about the original singer behind this song. It is Bhuban Badyakar who used to sell peanuts by singing ‘Kacha Badam’ in West Bengal. Kacha Badam is referred to “Peanuts” in most part of India. He is a resident of Dubrajpur block of Kuralijuri village. This village is in Lakshminarayanpur Panchayat of Birbhum district in West Bengal.
Family of Bhuban Badyakar
Bhuban is married and has two sons and a daughter. He sells peanuts for his livings for which he goes on cycle village-to-village. His daily selling of peanuts is 3-4 kgs and earning is Rs. 200-300. This earning was before he became famous with the viral “Kacha Badam” song. Post that his earnings has subsequently rose to a height and selling more peanuts than usual.

He is living in a very humble cottage of small area. He is not aware how his song got viral but seeking people to financially help him and improve his present condition.
Someone heard him singing this and took his video and uploaded on social media. The video soon got viral and people start singing this with their steps.
Recently Bhuban was learning driving on his second hand car he purchased but got hit by an accident. He was immediately rushed to a super speciality hospital for treatment. He has got multiple injuries in different parts of the body.
Who created the original remix of “Kacha Badam”
It was Godhulibela Music who first created the remixed version of Kacha Badam sung by Bhuban Badyakar. According to them they made a deal with Bhuban worth 3 Lakhs.
Gopal Ghosh of Godhulibela Music said that they have already paid 1.5 lakhs and would pay rest of the money very soon. For so long Bhuban was not paid any amount by Godhulibela Music. But when people on social media started asking whether Bhuban has got any remuneration or paid for his work .
