What Advanced Fabric by SWATRIC and FFI?
Recently the startup owned by IIT-Delhi and the Flag Foundation of India had collaborated to manufacture an advance fabric for our national flag ‘Tiranga’,
The motive of this initiative is to make such fabric that could withstand all the weather conditions and last more.
This fabric should not be affected by rain, sun, moisture or any other conditions. SWATRIC is the startup of IIT Delhi and often makes such initiatives.
Flag Foundation of India is mainly responsible in manufacturing fabric of flags. The recent collaboration between both has come up with an advanced fabric for flags.
They have made two flags with this fabric and hoisted them in country. One flag is in Ladakh and another in Delhi.
FFI and SWATRIC would work together to provide a standard fabric and this would be a great innovation.
